All assessments are due on the 1st of each month.
The Grace Period: You have until the 6th of the month to pay without penalty.
The Penalty: Payments not posted by the 6th are subject to a $99 Handling Fee plus interest. This fee is paid directly to a third-party vendor and cannot be waived.
