Trash Valet Service
Schedule: Valet trash service is provided on Monday and Thursday.
Limits: Thursday service is limited; reserve larger bags, broken down boxes, and recycling for Mondays.
Set Out: Place all trash in bags in the designated container outside the unit garage after 5:00 PM the day before collection. Remove containers by the end of the service day.
Boxes: All boxes must be broken down.
Bulk Items: Items smaller than a chair and under 10 lbs will be removed if space is available.
Large Bulk Items: Owners must arrange pickup with Trashbusters or call (682) 444-2303. Owners/Residents pay the driver directly (cash or check).
Residents: Primary parking for Owners/Residents is the Unit garages.
Registration Required: Guest parking is first-come, first-served. You must register all vehicles parked in guest spots at thevine.parkingattendant.com, even if the vehicle is already registered to a resident.
Time Limit: Owners are allocated 168 hours per month for guest parking through the app.
Access: No vehicle may impede access to the property, driveways, parking spaces, or garages.
No Parking Zones: No parking (even temporarily) in fire lanes or areas designated as “No Parking.”
Enforcement: Violations are subject to towing at the Owner’s expense.
Responsibility: Owners must ensure guests and renters adhere to these rules.
Leashes: Pets must be leashed or carried while outside of a Unit.
Waste: Waste bags and disposal canisters are located on the property. Owners must promptly remove pet waste, including from yard areas in front of their unit.
Responsibility: Owners are responsible for any damage, injury, or disturbance caused by their pet(s).
Leasing Units
Term: Rentals must be for at least twelve (12) months. Short-term rentals are prohibited.
Entire Unit: The lease must be for the entire Unit, not just a room.
Notification: Leases must be in writing and provided to the Association within 10 days of the effective date.
Documents: Owners must provide lessee copies of governing documents and the Renters Information packet (available in portal).
