Worth Ross Management Company (WRMC) is a third-party management firm contracted by the Board of Directors of the Vine Condominium Owners Association, Inc. to oversee the operations of the Association.

Our Role & Responsibilities

On behalf of the Board, WRMC is responsible for:

• Preparing the annual budget
• Facilitating service contracts (e.g., landscaping and pool maintenance)
• Collecting assessments and maintaining bank accounts
• Organizing the annual meeting and managing day-to-day business

Accessing The Portal

You will receive an email from info4hoa@worthross.com with instructions to log in to the resident portal. The portal serves as the Association’s centralized communication system. Once logged in, you can verify your contact info, view statements, and access financials.

Staying Informed

To ensure you never miss an update regarding property-wide projects or changes to weekly services (like holiday trash pickups), please ensure your email preferences are up to date in the resident portal. For general information, the latest community news, and ongoing announcements, visit our dedicated resources below.
