Register for the Resident Portal

The Worth Ross Resident Portal is your central hub. You will use this to pay your monthly HOA assessments, submit architectural requests, and verify your emergency contact information.

*Keep an eye out for an email from info4hoa@worthross.com with your initial login instructions.

2

Set Up Utilities & Internet

While water is covered by the HOA and billed by usage through DependaBill (contact management if no bill arrives in 30-60 days), you are responsible for setting up your own electricity, gas, and internet services.

3

Access & Parking

Parking is strictly enforced. You must register your personal vehicles, and you must also register any guest vehicles if they park in the designated guest spots (up to 168 hours per month).

To enjoy the community pool and access the pedestrian gates, you will need the current property codes housed securely inside the Resident Portal.
