We would like to welcome you to your new home and take a moment to remind you of our responsibilities as your management company.
Worth Ross Management Company (WRMC) is a third-party management firm contracted by the Board of Directors of the Vine Condominium Owners Association, Inc. to oversee the operations of the Association.
Professional management offers two key benefits:
It provides the Board with experienced guidance in managing the Association’s financial and operational affairs.
It ensures continuity and consistency across transitions between Board members.
On behalf of the Board, WRMC is responsible for:
Preparing the annual budget
Facilitating service contracts (e.g., landscaping and pool maintenance)
Collecting assessments
Organizing the annual meeting
Maintaining bank accounts
Managing the day-to-day business of the Association
If you have not done so, please read your condominium documents including the Declarations, Bylaws and Rules and Regulations, as there are important guidelines used in managing the Association.
You will soon receive an email from info4hoa@worthross.com with instructions to log in to the portal.
Once logged in, you’ll be able to:
Verify your contact information
View and pay your statements
Access Association documents and financials
The portal also serves as the Association’s centralized communication system. All homeowner requests—including maintenance issues, ARC submissions, general inquiries, and account/payment questions—must be submitted through the portal. This process ensures accurate tracking, timely follow-up, and consistent documentation.
