Valet trash service is provided on Monday and Thursday.
Thursday service is limited so larger bags, broken down boxes and recycling should be reserved for Mondays.
Please place all trash in bags and deposit it in the designated container outside the unit garage after 5 p.m. on the day before collection. Remember to remove the trash containers by the end of the service day.
All boxes must be broken down.
Bulk items no larger than a chair and under 10 pounds will be removed if space is available.
For larger bulk Items, Owners may make arrangements by contacting, Trashbusters or call (682) 444-2303. Owners /Residents will pay the driver directly with cash or check for this service.
Primary parking for Owners/Residents is the Unit garages.
Guest parking is available on a first come first serve basis and vehicles must be registered using vine.parkingattendant.com.
Owners are allocated 168 hours per month for guest parking through the app.
No vehicle may be parked in a manner that impedes or prevents ready access to the property, driveways, parking spaces or garages.
No vehicle may be parked even temporarily in fire lanes or any other area designated as “No Parking.”
Vehicles in violation of rules are subject to towing at the Owner’s expense.
Owners should ensure their guest or renters are aware of and adhere to the parking rules and regulations.
Open 9 a.m.—10 p.m. daily.
For use by Vine residents and guests only.
Guests must be accompanied by a resident.
Maximum of 3 guest per condominium are permitted in the pool.
Infants and children wearing diapers are not permitted in the pool.
Persons under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
No Animals/Pets Allowed (except for service and assistance animals).
No glass containers.
No loud sounds or boisterous conduct.
Be respectful of others.
Clean up after yourself and close umbrellas when done.
Pets must be leashed or carried while outside of a Unit.
Waste bags and disposal canisters are located on the property for your convivence.
Owners must promptly remove their pet’s waste from the Property, including the yard areas in front of their unit.
Owners are responsible for any damage, injury or disturbance caused by their pet(s).
Owners may rent their unit for residential purposes provided:
The term of the rental is for at least twelve (12) months.
Short-term rentals are prohibited.
The lease must be for the entire Unit and not just a room or other portion.
Owners must submit this Leased Unit Information Form.
All leases must be in writing and provided to the Association by the Owner on or before ten (10) days after the effective date of the lease.
Owners must provide lessee copies of the governing documents and the Renters Information packet both of which are available under documents in the portal.
The Association has developed a comprehensive ARC packet available on the portal to assist Owners in obtaining required approval for improvements, repairs modifications.
Approval is required for any exterior changes, including architectural design, color, or materials.
Approval is needed for any modifications to Common Elements, such as remodeling, decorating, or changing the rooftop deck, railings, or decking.
Interior changes do not require approval unless they affect other units or Common Elements.
Window treatments must be white or off-white as seen from the exterior. No paper or tin foil allowed. Window treatments visible from the outside require Board approval.
Failure to obtain the required approval may lead to delays, additional costs, fines, and/or cost to restore the area back to the original design if it’s not approved.
To avoid delays or unexpected costs, it’s best to confirm whether any project needs written pre-approval. Submit a question to the portal (General Request --> Homeowner General Question) to get a definitive and documented answer to whether a project requires prior approval.
