The Vine community portal provides you with access to useful information regarding the Association. If you need assistance accessing the portal, you should contact WRMC customer care at customercare@worthross.com. You will find the following on the portal:
Dashboard—Gives you direct access to key account information, from which you can take clear, convenient action to efficiently resolve outstanding items, makerequests and view communications from the Association.
Payments– View the Account Overview page, giving you access to all Payments functionality including downloading statements and a link to access Alliance Association Bank (AAB) for making a payment and enrolling in scheduled payments.
Requests—Submit requests—including maintenance issues, ARC submissions, general inquiries, and account/payment question and check the status of them.
Calendar and Events—View important events and dates including meetings of the Board or Association.
Directory—Access the homeowner directory which contains contact information if they have chosen to make it visible.
Documents—View and download important documents for the Association including Governing documents, Association Financials, ARC forms, Certificate of Insurance, minutes of Board and Association meetings, and helpful information on the Alliance Association Bank payment system.
My Contact Information—Change your password, verify your contact information, and update your contact information, if applicable.
